  • Post-Warranty Maintenance: After one year, customers are responsible for maintenance and shipping costs.

2. K-Gold & Platinum Jewelry: Lifetime Warranty

  • Coverage: Lifetime free maintenance for K-Gold and Platinum jewelry.
  • Conditions: While maintenance services are free, customers must cover shipping costs for repairs.

Warranty Process
