Return & Exchange Policy

At Fiovie, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is delightful. Our 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’ll provide an exchange or refund. Note: Returns for reasons other than quality issues will require the customer to cover shipping costs.


Return & Exchange Terms

  1. Contact Us First

    • Before initiating a return or exchange, please contact us via email at support@fiovie.com.
    • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
    • Do not send your item to the address on the package, as it is not our return address and will delay processing.
  2. Merchandise Condition

    • Items must be returned in their original condition: undamaged, unused, and unaltered.
    • For non-quality-related returns, customers are responsible for shipping fees and must provide a tracking number after shipping.
  3. Faulty Items

    • For defective products, please email us with clear pictures or videos to showcase the issue.
  4. Restocking Fee

    • For karat gold and platinum products, a 30% restocking fee applies to returns (excluding quality-related issues).
    • Quality-related issues are exempt from this fee, and we will repair or refurbish items free of charge. Refer to our Manufacturing Warranty for details.
  5. Refunds & Processing

    • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Cases for Unconditional Reissue

We will issue a replacement if:

  • Customers provide clear evidence of loss.
  • The post office confirms delivery, but customers claim non-receipt.
  • Fiovie dispatches the product, but logistics information is unavailable or unverifiable.

Unauthorized Returns

Fiovie does not accept:

  • Returns for repair requests that do not follow our policies.
  • Returns of items not purchased from Fiovie.

In such cases, the original item will be sent back to the customer at their expense.


Exclusions for Customised Products

  • "Design Your Own" products are non-refundable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged.
  • We provide CAD renderings before production to ensure your satisfaction.
  • If quality issues arise, we will repair the item free of charge.
