Note: While we ship your order and provide a tracking number within 24 hours, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for potential delays due to shipping carriers or customs processes.
When Will I Receive My Order?
All our jewelry is handcrafted, and processing times vary depending on the item:
- Ready-to-Ship Jewelry: 1–7 days
- Custom, Karat Gold, and Platinum Jewelry: 10–20 days
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Please note that these are estimates and can vary slightly due to demand or other factors.
What Happens if My Order Gets Stuck or Lost in the Mail?
All orders include insured shipping and handling. In rare cases where a package is:
- Stuck at Customs
- Returned to Sender
- Lost During Delivery
